Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing and participating in stand set-up and closing procedures.
Ensures that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked, orders replacement stock as necessary, and efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork.
Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions, willing and able to fill any position if needed.
