Key Requirements

  • Minimum work experience of 10+ years
  • At least 3 – 5 yrs in corporate travel domain
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience of handling large operation
  • Hands-on experience of Issuing phase IV ticket and RTW tickets on 2 different GDS
  • Experience to process Refund/ ADM/ACM through BSP and ARC
  • IATA Rules and regulation knowledge
  • Knowledgeable about ARC and BSP
  • Knowledgeable in Quality tools
