Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HPLC and gas chromatography instrumentation
On-site support including installation, optimization, maintenance and repair
Troubleshoot complex system, method, hardware and software issues
Act as a technical authority for customers
Italian and good English level
Valid driving license and willingness to travel
Nice-to-have
Strong problem-solving mindset
High standards for quality and compliance
Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
Curious, motivated, and driven to deepen expertise
Experience with Agilent systems and software
Experience acting as a technical reference, trainer or mentor
Key Requirements
Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related scientific discipline
