Job Summary

  • As a Litigation Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the law firm's day-to-day operations, including carrying out administrative services and supporting the legal team.
  • Responsibilities include performing administrative duties, maintaining indexes, organizing exhibits, implementing administrative processes, collecting and organizing evidence, drafting and proofreading correspondence, researching laws, managing client billing, and communicating with clients and witnesses.
