Job Summary
Manage ad-hoc reporting and analysis needs, establishing collaborative relationships with internal clients including HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
Design and develop metrics, intuitive reports/ dashboards, and effective visual aids that result in actionable insights, while also identifying opportunities to drive reporting standardization and optimize delivery solutions.
Leverage Workday and other tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) to generate data insights for decision-making and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
