The role leads consultations and negotiations on workplace issues, collaborates with trade unions and works councils, and ensures compliance through investigations, documentation, and proactive interventions using data analytics.
Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to uncover patterns in employee relations issues, enabling the development of proactive, evidence-based interventions and training that foster a constructive and inclusive working environment.
