Job Summary

  • This role will focus on embedding AI/ML and large language models into security operations, so deep expertise in these areas, as well as offensive and defensive security and enterprise-scale data operations, will be crucial.
  • The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience conducting penetration-testing/red team engagements
  • Experience planning and executing advanced attacks
  • Experience implementing red team assessment methods, tools, and techniques
  • Experience developing, extending, or modifying exploits and offensive security tools
  • Experience in AI red teaming, including adversarial testing
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI, LLMs, and custom ML model development
  • Familiarity with enterprise cloud AI platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields; applicable specialized training; or equivalent work experience
