The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision and coordination of operations for the hospital and patient care areas under the direction of the Administrative Director of Nursing.
This role requires responding to clinical and organizational emergency situations including Rapid Response, Stroke Alerts, and Trauma while acting as Incident Command until relieved.
The position demands a leader who can develop staffing plans based on patient needs, coordinate bed management, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and families.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current New Hampshire RN license
ACLS and PALS certification required
3 years acute care clinical experience
Evening and night shift availability
Emergency situation response capability

Previous supervisory or leadership experience
MOAB certification within one year
Multidisciplinary team collaboration skills
Cost-effective staffing management
Strong critical thinking abilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Current American Heart Association BLS certification
