Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years experience in business development or program management
  • 4+ years managing teams
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and shaping new business opportunities
  • In-depth understanding of federal procurement process
  • Top secret (SCI eligible) security clearance
