Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and ensuring residents are kept dry.
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure.
