Job Summary

• This role will help shape the future of how TAL attracts and hires great people by leading a full review of our TA operating model, simplifying technology, uplifting capability, and embedding AI-functionality.
• You will lead the design and documentation of the future-state TA operating model, including processes, role clarity, and ways of working, and redesign end-to-end TA workflows to create standardised, scalable, and automated processes.
