The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information and reporting any suspected unauthorized disclosures or incidents.
Employees are expected to cooperate with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure quality care and a positive environment for residents.

Assist residents with daily personal care
Maintain resident confidentiality
Report changes in resident condition
Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Use Microsoft Suite products proficiently
Assist with resident mobility and transfers

Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Respond promptly to resident calls
Assist with end-of-life and post-mortem care
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
