Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Salary
Base: $18.00 - $20.00/hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus programs; Benefits: Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match, etc.
