The Field Service Technician provides Tier 1 technical support including diagnosing and repairing software, hardware, and network issues, supporting both on-site and remote employees.
This role involves managing tickets through their lifecycle, supporting user onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining support documentation to improve service consistency.
