Key Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years managing retail commercial real estate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • Experience managing staff
  • Strong experience with YARDI, MRI, etc.
  • Previous exposure with institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of financial reports
  • California Real Estate License Required
