Base: 2-year salary floor of $700k; Bonus/Equity: Up to $150k retention incentive after 4 years; Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401K, disability, life insurance, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, relocation allowance

Key Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
  • Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency and Hematology/Oncology fellowship
  • Active involvement in care of at least 50 patients in last 12 months
  • Ability to obtain Medical Oncology Core Privileges
  • H1B or J1 visa acceptance
