Job Summary
The Business Manager works collaboratively with peer Nurse Manager in supporting the Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Director in providing oversight and delivery of safe, high quality patient care and staff wellbeing.
This position will provide oversight for the department and supply/inventory management systems.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements with all state and federal regulatory requirements including CMS Conditions of Participation, Title 22, CDPH regulations, DNV-GL/NIAHO standards and other regulatory bodies associated with the department operations.

Key Requirements
