Ensure a coherent, secure, and user-centric digital employee experience, while enabling business units to adopt and extend collaboration, productivity, and communication solutions.
Provide architectural guidance for selection and evolution of collaboration and productivity platforms, UC and telephony solutions, and contact and meeting technologies.
