  • Conducts practical, community-based educational programs to empower individuals, families, and communities in the areas of 4-H Youth Development and Family & Consumer Science.
  • Develops and executes an annual action plan based on issues identified by the programmatic Subcommittee(s) and personal observations, planning, delivering and teaching educational programs, demonstrations, and activities that address the needs of the county’s clientele.
