Job Summary

• This position supports daily operations within the Shipping department by assisting with the movement, storage, and shipment of steel plate while coordinating closely with crane operators and other team members.
• The starting wage for this role is $25.00/hour with monthly incentive bonus opportunities, and our benefits begin on day one, including low-cost family medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) plan with a 5% employer match, and an additional employer-funded retirement savings account.
