Job Summary
The Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing subcontractor operations across all buildings within our remit at the RAF Marham location ensuring a safe system of work for all tasks.
Implement Authority to Work and Permit to Work systems where applicable, checking competency and monitoring adherence to RAMS and Point of Work Risk Assessments.
Line managing a small team of general maintenance operatives, ensuring performance, training, TBT sessions, PPE, auditing, Driving & other related standards are met.
