Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Full-stack development skills
  • Cloud experience AWS/Azure/GCP
  • AI agent development and evaluation
  • CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
  • Secure SDLC and privacy by design
  • 9–11 AM CST overlap required
  • Remote or hybrid US/Canada work

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with LangChain/LangGraph
  • Knowledge of vector/RAG systems
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to deliver software independently
  • Understanding of LLM failure modes
  • Experience with traditional ML tasks

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years professional software engineering experience
  • Proven track record delivering secure cloud-native systems
