Must-have

  • Experience developing formal training curricula
  • Certified NFPA 70E Trainer status
  • Ability to instruct adult learners in technical environments
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Key Requirements

  • Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License
  • Minimum 5 years of oil and gas electrical experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurability standards
  • High School diploma or equivalent
