Training Coaches are responsible for executing practical skills training using a competency-based model to ensure new hires feel comfortable and confident.
The position requires providing direct patient care support including vitals intake, point of care testing, and registration while simultaneously coaching team members.

Key Requirements
Graduate of Medical Assistant Program or 2+ years experience
Active MA certification (ARMA, CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA) or Nursing license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire
CPOE certification within 2 weeks if no MA cert held
