  • Training Coaches are responsible for executing practical skills training using a competency-based model to ensure new hires feel comfortable and confident.
  • The position requires providing direct patient care support including vitals intake, point of care testing, and registration while simultaneously coaching team members.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of Medical Assistant Program or 2+ years experience
  • Active MA certification (ARMA, CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA) or Nursing license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire
  • CPOE certification within 2 weeks if no MA cert held
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
