Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current RPN registration with CNO
  • Graduate from recognized two-year diploma program
  • Minimum one year acute medical/surgical experience
  • Current BCLS certification or demonstrated competency
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Nurse Resource Team
  • Meditech system experience
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
  • Basic computer skills

Key Requirements

  • Two-year Registered Practical Nursing diploma
  • Active RPN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current BCLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year acute medical/surgical experience preferred
  • Excellent health assessment and organizational skills
