Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires frequent monitoring of residents, accurate documentation of all entries, and immediate reporting of any accidents, incidents, or changes in condition to supervisors.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
