Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building agent systems
  • 7+ years of experience building scalable, highly available backend systems
  • Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and service deployment technologies
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in setting roadmap and driving execution
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate development
  • Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
