Job Summary
Provide project deployment for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services and work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.
Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment, and establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved.
Experience with Cisco, Alcatel, F5 products & Firewall products, and LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data and Security networking in implementation is preferred.
