Job Summary
Associates are responsible for evaluating, structuring, and recommending financial and strategic alternatives, including the analysis of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic combinations.
The role involves leading the day-to-day execution of transactions, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and the negotiating of contracts.
The Associate will be a critical member of PJT’s expanding TMT team with direct involvement in both deal execution and business development, working on lean deal teams with direct exposure to the most senior practitioners.

Key Requirements
