• FTI is searching for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Product Engineering team located in Menasha, WI, responsible for designing and leading team members in specifying electrical and electro-mechanical parts and assemblies for various energy markets.
• This position will support the design and qualification of electrical components, sub-systems, and system architecture, working with other disciplines to understand requirements and ensure products are easy to manufacture and assemble.

• 8+ years of experience
• Working knowledge in 2D/3D CAD design software
• Significant design experience
• 10 years of product design experience preferred
