Job Summary

• This role is a 50/50 Program Management + Data Analytics role, requiring leadership in workforce/resource planning and program facilitation, alongside building analytics, automated ETL, and leadership dashboards.
• You will collaborate with functional engineering partners, engineering leaders, and teams from Government Operations, Legal, Human Resources, and Finance to ensure alignment with Boeing’s Engineering mission.
• The position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, with an interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance required post-start, and necessitates U.S. Citizenship.

• 5+ years of experience working independently and collaboratively
• 3+ years building data analytics dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, or equivalent scripting language

• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
