You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, managing staff schedules, and participating in quality assurance programs to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
This role involves direct patient interaction including admitting residents, monitoring their physical and emotional status, coordinating discharge plans, and providing essential clinical interventions like IV starts and medication administration.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in Texas
