Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise shift operations of Value streams while managing and motivating shop-floor associates.
Candidates will be responsible for tracking production performance KPIs such as OEE, FPY, and scrap rates to ensure targeted operational results.
The role requires ensuring conformance to safety, quality, and shop-floor standards while maintaining industrial relations and discipline.
