Job Summary

  • The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist HCPs in the acceleration diagnosis of patients within the rare metabolic space.
  • You will establish and build impactful relationships with all physicians and accounts within their geographic responsibilities by providing scientific data and in-depth knowledge for Takeda's Rare Disease portfolio.
  • Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, in-depth business planning, advanced customer engagement to create disease state awareness, and educating HCPs on Takeda's LSD portfolio.

  • Complex sales model experience required
  • Consistent track record of success
  • Strategic territory management successes
  • Experience with buy & bill product selling/account management preferred
  • Understand payer access and reimbursement
