Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or related field
Experience gathering requirements, documenting and performing workflow/system analysis
Experience with data gathering, manipulation, and presentation
Understanding of benchmarking and KPIs
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (Joint Commission, HIPAA, Title 22, Medicare CoPs)
Knowledge of financial management, quality improvement, HR management
