Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced degree in medicine or pharmacy
5+ years experience in medical affairs
Strong clinical knowledge in therapy area
Excellent German and English communication skills
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
Nice-to-have
Prior oncology or hematology experience
Experience with investigator-initiated trials
Project management or budget management skills
Collaborative mindset with diverse stakeholders
Experience presenting at scientific meetings
Key Requirements
MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent advanced degree
At least 5 years experience in medical affairs or clinical research
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
