Night Replenishment Managers are members of the store leadership team and oversee freight handling activities, supervising freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes.
NRMs communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight is moving smoothly throughout the store, while also teaching, coaching, and training associates on policies and procedures.
NRMs are expected to make business and associate decisions, provide input on associate performance, and participate in the selection process as needed.
