Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5 years professional services experience
Supervisory leadership experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong analytical problem-solving skills

Real estate accounting systems experience
Forensic data analysis skills
Client services consulting background
Project management capabilities
Yardi or MRI software familiarity
Key Requirements
CPA and/or CIA certification preferred
SSAE 16/SOC1 or SOX control experience
