Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Administer immunizations to employees
Monitor occupational health management systems
Support work-related injury reporting
Conduct fit testing per OSHA requirements
Maintain confidentiality of health information
Nice-to-have
Collaborate with Human Resources
Coach colleagues on injury reporting
Participate in ADA and FMLA evaluations
Support infection prevention processes
Organize work amid frequent interruptions
Key Requirements
Associate degree in Nursing required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
CHSP or COHN certification highly recommended within 5 years
5 to 10 years of related experience
Valid Michigan RN licensure
Graduation from NLN or AACN accredited nursing school
