Key Requirements

• 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing, automated logistics, or technical operations
• Significant leadership capacity managing large-scale teams
• Advanced proficiency in operational data analysis
• Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
