  • Responsible for investigation, analysis and resolution of claims and demands made by attorneys representing consumers in the area of consumer litigation including lemon law, product liability and subrogation claims nationwide.
  • Manage claims and lawsuits in the most cost-effective and efficient way while providing counseling and training to different departments, dealerships and business units.
