Job Summary
Responsible for field service support in collaboration with field managers, Service Business, warranty administration, and inventory planning to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate ideas and implement them to generate spares & service business including AMC, FMC, Paid Jobs, component repairs, and training.
Train company and Customer Service staff, perform skill mapping of the field team, and draw training plans accordingly.

Key Requirements
15-18 years of working experience
Earthmoving and mining equipment experience
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Mining) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Well conversant with hydraulic, electrical systems and engine systems
Well conversant with Service Business viz FMC, AMC etc.
