Job Summary
This entry-level supervisory position is accountable for directing hourly employees in the safe and efficient production of quality railcar parts for the facility.
The incumbent works to epitomize the company’s Quality Policy and ensures that subordinates work always meets an internal and external customer expectation by preventing errors and implementing quality improvement projects.
Work directly with the Plant Manager to provide employee coaching and development, manage workflow, and identify process improvements to improve efficiency, performance, and reduce costs.
