  • Develop and implement change roadmaps that integrate AI solutions with organizational processes and workforce structures, identifying emerging workforce capabilities and future skills requirements.
  • Drive sales cycles, contribute to practice development, and support junior consultants while demonstrating strong technical and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
