Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
  • Valid RN, LVN, or LPN license in the state
  • Two years clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Medicaid programs
  • Certificate as a certified Case Manager (CCM) a plus
