Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end WhatsApp Marketing strategy as the primary channel for new vehicle sales lead generation.
Orchestrate a unique and integrated experience across Marketing, OnStar, After-Sales, and Customer Care on a single WhatsApp number.
Integrate WhatsApp with paid media, Chevrolet websites, events, and OOH to connect entry points and campaigns to lead generation.

Key Requirements
Graduation in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Communication, or related fields
Fluent Portuguese
Advanced English
Experience with Digital Marketing, Performance Media, CRM, Digital Products
Experience with lead generation funnels (ideally via WhatsApp/messaging)
Agency/technology partner management experience
Knowledge of performance media (especially Click to WhatsApp)
Experience with media, website, bot, and CRM data analysis
Experience with dashboards/BI tools
Desirable: Salesforce and Meta/WhatsApp Business ecosystem
