  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
  • Administer medications, transcribe physician orders, chart nurses' notes, and complete required recordkeeping forms and accident/incident reports.
  • Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures for quality resident care.
