The position requires participating in community planning, arranging transportation for outings, and assisting with the development of monthly activity schedules.
Candidates must be able to read technical procedures, apply mathematical concepts, and solve practical problems while interacting with various stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Participate in planning and conducting activities
Maintain attendance records and activity calendar
Lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Communicate with residents families and staff
Assist with resident assessments and discharge planning
Nice-to-have
Experience in long term care facility preferred
Ability to provide materials like Braille or audio books
Encourage residents in self-initiated hobbies
Keep activity department clean and orderly
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
One-year experience in long term care facility preferred
