The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities, including direct and indirect services, supervision of personnel, and implementation of new programs.
Essential duties include supervising all therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident needs are met, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality of care.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech Language Pathology, state licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to travel as necessary.
