Job Summary
This role is part of the Port Arthur plant leadership team and is designed as a developmental leadership position, with the expectation that the successful candidate will progress into future plant leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
The Port Arthur Site Supervisor reports to the Site Superintendent and plays a critical role in maintaining strong operational discipline by leading a team of six Operations Technicians, developing site talent through coaching, training, and progression boards, and interfacing daily with site operations and maintenance leadership.
